What part is new? When it is difficult to tell the old from the new, an addition is a truly successful merge with the original dwelling. The new addition is the room at the top. What the owners call the Ocean Room provides "the best view of Buzzards Bay." | |
| From the inside, the room is spacious and full of light. The carpet is made with partial plastic that was recycled into the easy to clean fibre compound. The room is insulated with closed cell insulation and has separate heat and HVAC zones. The paint and urethanes used are low VOC. |
